Credit Enforcer (“Credit Enforcer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a website experience at https://creditenforcer.com/ that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We strive to align our website and digital content with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we are continuously improving accessibility in light of evolving standards and user feedback.

  1. Accessibility Commitment and Scope
  • Standards: We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content.
  • Coverage: This commitment applies to primary website pages, course and resource pages, sign-in/join flows, and general informational content (e.g., blog, FAQs, contact pages).
  • Ongoing Effort: Accessibility is a continuous process. We conduct periodic reviews and updates to address new content and features and to improve the user experience for people with disabilities.
  1. Implemented and Planned Accessibility Features
    We have implemented or are working toward implementing the following:
  • Text alternatives: Alt text for meaningful images and descriptive labels for icons and interactive controls.
  • Keyboard navigation: Logical tab order, visible focus indicators, and full access to primary functionality without a mouse.
  • Color and contrast: Color contrast aiming to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA ratios; non-color cues for essential information.
  • Headings and structure: Semantic HTML landmarks and heading hierarchy to support screen readers and efficient navigation.
  • Forms: Associated labels, instructions, and error messaging; compatibility with assistive technologies.
  • Media alternatives: Transcripts or captions for time-based media where provided (e.g., promotional or educational videos we publish).
  • Responsive design: Layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Links and controls: Clear link purpose; keyboard- and screen reader-friendly buttons and links.
  • Timing and motion: Minimizing unexpected motion/animations and providing user control where feasible.
  • Document accessibility: Accessible PDFs or alternate accessible formats upon request.
  1. Third-Party Content, Tools, and Integrations
    Our site may include third-party embeds or integrations (e.g., scheduling widgets, analytics, payment processors, social media, video hosts). We do not control these vendors’ code and cannot guarantee their conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA. Where feasible, we select vendors that state accessibility commitments and provide accessible alternatives. If a third-party component creates an accessibility barrier, please notify us so we can attempt to provide an alternative or escalate the issue with the vendor.
  2. Accessibility Feedback and Support
    We welcome your feedback. If you experience difficulty accessing any content or functionality on our website, need content provided in an alternative format, or wish to report an accessibility issue, contact us:

Please include:

  • The page URL(s) and a brief description of the issue;
  • The assistive technology, browser, device, and operating system you were using;
  • Any steps to reproduce the problem and, if possible, screenshots or recordings.
  1. Remediation Timeline and Process
  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your accessibility report within 5 business days.
  • Assessment: We will assess the reported issue and prioritize it based on severity and user impact.
  • Remediation: We will make reasonable efforts to resolve confirmed accessibility issues within 30 days of acknowledgment. Complex issues or those dependent on third-party vendors may require additional time; in such cases we will provide status updates and, where feasible, an accessible alternative.
  1. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
  • No warranty: While we endeavor to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, we do not represent or warrant that every page or third-party integration is fully compliant at all times. Accessibility may vary as content and technologies evolve.
  • Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Enforcer and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising from or related to accessibility of the website or third-party components, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Cap on damages: In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to us, if any, for access to the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.
  1. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credit Enforcer from claims arising out of your misuse of accessibility features or violation of applicable laws in connection with your use of the website.
  2. Severability
    If any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Harris County, Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to this Disclaimer or your access to the site, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  4. Updates to This Disclaimer
